I started Light Up Your Holidays out of the trunk of my car over 20 years ago. It wasn’t some grand business plan. I just loved making homes look beautiful for the holidays, and a few friends asked if I’d do theirs. Then their neighbors called. Then their neighbors called.
Before I knew it, I had more requests than I could handle by myself and a business that had taken on a life of its own. My friends started calling me Kelly Christmas, and the name stuck.
I still get just as excited about install day as I did on my very first job. My background is in photography and design, which is probably why I obsess over every detail: the way the light falls, the angle of a garland, whether the colors complement the architecture.
I can’t help it. I want every home to look like it belongs on a holiday card. Over the years, we’ve grown from that trunk-of-the-car operation into a full team with branded vehicles, trained installers, and a warehouse full of commercial-grade materials.
But the thing that hasn’t changed is the personal touch. I still talk to every client. I still care about every single project. And I still wear the red glasses.

Giving Back to Our Community
Every year, we decorate group homes at no charge and donate to local silent auctions. It’s one of our favorite parts of what we do.
